Founded in January 2025, Workzen was born out of a vision to solve a real problem: the hiring process is broken. We saw passionate, skilled individuals being overlooked—not because they lacked talent, but because resumes got buried, bias crept in, and traditional hiring systems failed to keep up.
At the same time, companies were drowning in manual screening, spending countless hours trying to find the right match—only to miss out on incredible candidates.
So we built Workzen: an AI-powered hiring assistant designed to make recruitment smarter, faster, and fairer for everyone involved.
